The Importance Of A Swimming Pool Grill Replacement.

Swimming pool’s are an aesthetically pleasing addition to any establishment. They looks inviting, refreshing, and can sometimes be the sole purpose of why a person or group decide to visit an establishment.

It’s important to have a swimming pool looking it’s best, but we believe it’s equally important to keep a swimming pool in a safe operating state at all times. A swimming pool can warrant a danger for the most experienced of swimmers to swimmers that are just starting out. This purpose of this blog is to showcase the importance of replacing something as simple as a grill at the bottom of a swimming pool, a place where young or older explorers tend to go on their quest for an exciting exploration whilst visiting a pool.

The videos below is part of a recent pool survey that was carried out where we found both broken and loose grills at the bottom of the this swimming pool. Video 1 shows the the gap that was created when a piece of the grill broke away after years of general wear and tear. Video 2 is also of a grill, that came somewhat loose, creating a gap, a gap larger enough to be a hazard of potential entrapment.

Post pool survey/pool inspection we can replace all outlets/ inlets with fitted grills that may present with similar issues, which will not interfere with their efficient operation, but will prevent the entrapment of fingers, arms etc. Such grids are only removable mechanically and remain always tightly secured.

All of our work is carried out without draining the pool, out of the pools operating hours.
